Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.
What you will be doing
Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Provide warm, attentive service by assisting guests and responding to requests with professionalism and hospitality.
Support cafe operations by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and ensuring tables are properly set and stocked.
Collaborate with servers, hosts, and culinary teams to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Uphold The Pfister Hotel's luxury hospitality standards by creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Position Requirements
Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25-30 lbs.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
