Job description

TumbleKids USA Winchester is seeking experienced gymnastics coaches to join our recreational &  Xcel team programs!

Duties:
- Provide hands-on instruction to teach proper techniques and skills to recreational gymnasts and/or Xcel Bronze - Diamond
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the gymnastics program
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety standards

Skills:
- Ability to spot beginner through advanced gymnasts.- Knowledgable of all Xcel levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
