What You'll Be Doing
  • Own delivery for a portfolio of clients, including monthly management accounts
  • Lead and review work from junior team members across global service centres (India and Mauritius)
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support complex client queries
  • Oversee payments, reporting, and key financial processes
  • Manage year-end deliverables including financial statements (UK GAAP and IFRS)
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Support tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds, PSA)
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedor final-year ACCA students with strong relevant experience
  • Experience preparing management accounts, ideally in a multi-client environment
  • Strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
