The Role:The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and growing Berks relationships, sales and margin at the independent distributors in our network. This individual will work to develop relationships and a deep understanding of the customers Go to Market strategies and work closely with the Sales Agencies to execute at a high level, growing both sales and margin. The right candidate knows how food service gets done!
What You'll Own:Build relationships within different levels of the distributor
Understand the customers GTM strategies and who they sell to
Create and drive a strategy to not just maintain, but grow Berks presence within the accounts
Prospect new accounts using Berks history as a primary source
Work closely with the Sales agency to target accounts, drive sampling and key follow up
Help create a frictionless process for the customer to make Berk the easy choice
Drive pricing strategies that support pricing hierarchies while creating sales and margin opportunities
Work cross functionally both internally and externally to create marketing materials for the customer
Forecast effectively to ensure consistent supply
Use both Phone, email and direct mail communication to drive desirable outcomes
