The BenefitsAssociateAccount Managerprovides administrative and clerical support to the Employee Benefits Channelin accordance withcompany practices,policiesand procedures.Thisincludes assisting account managers with client needs, assisting with compliance, and completing paperwork in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts; this includes, but is not limited to: Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information and general account assistance asneeded

  • Assisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communicationmaterial

  • Assist with special projects in the office asrequested

  • Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems asassigned

  • Act in capacity of client manager on assignedaccounts
