Description
We are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven multitasker to provide high level support on multiple ongoing projects on our Employee Central team. Are you a high performer who wants to be a part of a dynamic, team? If so, we want to hear from you!
At AspireHR, our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified Consultant will work directly with our clients and their day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project.
• Lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing.
• Provide consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
• Conduct design workshops with the client
• Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
• Clearly document system configuration and business processes
• Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support
• Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)
Requirements
At AspireHR we only hire the best and expect ideal candidates to have the following required qualities:
• Employee Central plus additional certifications in at least one of the following modules: Onboarding, EC Time, and EC Benefits
• At least 3 year's hands-on experience in being the lead consultant in SuccessFactors implementations
• Hands-on experience of all the Data Models/templates and knowledge of XML
• Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows preferred
• Expertise in translations and language packs for template configuration and MDF preferred
• Understanding of how applications support business processes. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems.
• Strong best practice consulting skills in SAP/SuccessFactors
• Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
To be successful at this role, we prefer (not required) ideal candidates to have the following background and/or experience:
• Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in 1 or more talent modules, in addition to Employee Central, Onboarding, EC Time.
• Knowledge of EC Benefits or other Benefit solutions such as SAP ECC HCM or BenefitFocus.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools including Canvas Reporting and People Stories
• Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors AI tools including Joule
• Keen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving
• Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the team
• Strong presentation and consulting skills

• Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
• Ability to work as part of a team and work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
