What you'll do 

  • Manage benefits brokers, vendors & carrier representative relationships.
  • Design and implement global programs that support Atoms's benefits philosophy.
  • Manage Global and US annual renewals and lead US open enrollment planning, budget management to include identifying and recommending changes/enhancements to benefits and/or cost-sharing.
  • Oversee US Compliance filings and Audits (ie: 5500 or state filings)
  • Provide guidance to the People team on benefits administration responsibilities, including employee inquiries, claims assistance, eligibility, billing, COBRA, ACA, leave of absence & disability.
  • Manage and administer the global design, implementation, and administration of benefit plan programs, including health, welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and other offerings.
  • Conduct benchmarking, gap analysis & make thoughtful recommendations to ensure the competitiveness and cost efficiency of Atoms programs.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvements and recommend solution
  • Manage a small team of benefit associates

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support benefits strategy and operations.
  • Process & Systems: Experience improving benefits processes and working with HRIS or benefits platforms.

This role is based in our San Francisco office. That's why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
