What You'll Do

As a Senior CMDB Infrastructure Engineer, , you will be the go-to expert for Tier 3 technical support and strategic implementation of the ServiceNow Discovery toolset. Your mission: ensure full enablement of discovery capabilities, capture critical assets and applications across global sites, and seamlessly integrate this intelligence into the CMDB-mapping interdependencies and relationships to deliver a single source of truth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Discovery & CMDB Integration: Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to achieve comprehensive visibility of enterprise assets and applications.
  • Drive Innovation: Pilot AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance CMDB governance and discovery processes.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical production issues and ensure reliable system performance.
  • Plan & Execute Enterprise Projects: Design and deliver major IT infrastructure initiatives, including new technologies and critical upgrades.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with IT teams and vendors to assess risks, resolve issues, and shape technical standards.
  • Mentor & Elevate: Train and guide team members, sharing your expertise to build organizational capability.
