• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities suited to promote personal growth and healing.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward these objectives.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of treatment processes and client interactions in accordance with ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure best practices and continuous professional development.
• Engage with clients to provide emotional support, coping strategies, and resources as needed to address challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Our client demographic encompasses individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. As we operate predominantly in the telehealth realm, our services are particularly designed to ensure accessibility for clients who may encounter barriers to in-person therapy. This allows us to cater to a diverse population, ensuring that care is available regardless of location or circumstance.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, empowering effective client engagement and rapport building.
• Ability to approach counseling with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, facilitating efficient handling of caseloads and client documentation.

While not mandatory, prior experience providing teletherapy is highly advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation software will enhance your integration into our practice. We also value experience in collaborative therapy settings, particularly those working with multidisciplinary teams.

Benchmark Healthcare Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide numerous benefits including:
