Job Description
We're looking for a driven, outreach-focused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline for our growing team. This is a great role for someone with 1+ year of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment who's ready to take the next step in their sales career.
What You'll Do:
  • Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Research and qualify prospects, focusing on SMB and mid-market opportunities
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and help drive early-stage sales activity
  • Track activity and progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates
  • Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role
