Position Highlights:
  • FTE: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time
  • Hours: 40hours/week; Day Shift Monday-Friday, weekend and holiday rotation

* Bellin Inpatient Rehab: 725 South Webster Green Bay, WI 54301
* Bellin Hospital: 744 South Webster Green Bay, WI 54301

Job Description:
  • Physical Therapy (PT) will conduct evaluations and patient care to improve functional mobility, reduce fall risk, increase strength, endurance, and independence to make a meaningful impact by improving patients' quality of life. PT will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team and community resources to provide the best outcomes for patients.
  • This unique physical therapist role will cover patient care in multiple settings; including, home health, acute care, inpatient rehab, and swing bed.
  • Excellent department benefits include day shift hours, mileage reimbursement, and/or utilization of company vehicles. Generous and robust continuing education offerings available to foster professional growth.
Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin physical therapy license and CPR certification required (Bellin can help obtain during orientation).
  • Proof of current auto liability insurance and valid WI driver's license required.
