Behavioral Health Therapist (LISW, LMHC, or LMFT)Full-Time | In-Person at Any Infinity Health Location | Remote Work Opportunities May Be Available

Every conversation has the power to change a life.

Some patients come to us carrying anxiety they can no longer manage. Others are navigating depression, grief, trauma, addiction, or life transitions. Many simply need someone who will listen without judgment and help them find hope again.

At Infinity Health, we believe behavioral health is essential to whole-person wellness. We know that healing doesn't happen alone, it happens through meaningful relationships, compassionate care, and a team that works together to support every patient.

If you're a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist who believes in meeting people where they are, empowering them to move forward, and making a lasting difference in your community, we'd love to meet you.

Why Infinity Health?

We're more than a healthcare organization.

Infinity Health is an integrated Community Health Center where medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care coordination come together under one roof to provide exceptional care for the whole person.

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll work alongside primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive coordinated, compassionate care that addresses both their physical and emotional well-being.

Our culture is built around four core values:

  • A diverse patient population that keeps your work rewarding and impactful
  • Professional growth and continuing education opportunities
  • The potential for remote work, based on organizational needs and position eligibility
  • A mission-driven organization where your work truly matters

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families while helping patients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy
  • Delivering crisis intervention and behavioral health support when needed
  • Helping patients connect with community resources and ongoing support services
  • Educating patients and families on diagnoses, coping strategies, and treatment options
  • Collaborating closely with medical providers and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case records
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes
  • Supporting Infinity Health's Patient-Centered Medical Home model and integrated care approach

Every day brings new opportunities to build trust, foster resilience, and help patients create lasting change.

Who We're Looking For

  • Passionate about improving mental health and wellness
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered
  • Skilled at building trusting therapeutic relationships
  • Collaborative and committed to working as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Adaptable, organized, and committed to clinical excellence
  • Dedicated to serving diverse communities with dignity and respect

Whether you're helping someone through a crisis or celebrating a breakthrough they've worked months to achieve, you'll be an essential part of their journey.
