Now hiring BHTs for the second and third shifts! Must have a valid driver's license!
• What You'll Do
• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food
service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
• What We're Looking For
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification required
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
