Job description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee building operations during off-hours coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
In this role, you are the clinical and operational lead for the building, responsible for nursing oversight, staff supervision, decision-making, and ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality resident care when administrative leadership is not on-site. You will serve as the point person for staff support, clinical issues, and urgent situations, ensuring the building always runs smoothly.
Schedule:
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
This is a leadership role for an RN who is confident, accountable, and comfortable being in charge.
Registered Nurse Requirements & Responsibilities:
  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience
  • Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices
  • Communicate and document effectively with nurses, physicians, therapists, and families regarding resident care
  • Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered, which is outcome-focused through the utilization of the nursing process
