Position Summary
Lead the charge in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment, where you will oversee operations and and our hospital partners, ensure we're always on the right side of regulations, inspire staff to reach their peak performance, and steer both financial and clinical operations with finesse.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, plus the appropriate licensure, with 3-5 years of clinical and supervisory experience.
  • Alternatively, an MBA, business, nursing, or related degree with 5-10 years of leadership experience in mental health/substance abuse settings.
  • Experience in hospital administration? That's a bonus!
Preferred Licensure
  • LCSW, LPC, LPA, LCAS, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or similar credentials are preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & Quality Oversight (25%)
  • Keep us in check with state, federal, Medicaid/Medicare, and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure we stick to agency policies and uphold professional standards.
Financial Management (20%)
