Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to gather comprehensive information regarding their mental, emotional, and behavioral health.

  • Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention strategies that support client recovery.
  • Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with referring physicians and case managers to align on treatment goals and client care strategies.
  • Empower family members and caregivers by providing psychoeducation and coping strategies to manage challenges related to the client's mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population encompassing a range of mental health challenges, which may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications
