The Position:Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, through our service line of St. Patrick Center, is hiring a Behavioral Health Counselor for the Shamrock Program plays a meaningful role in helping individuals move from homelessness toward stability, independence, and hope. This position embraces a compassionate wrap‑around philosophy, giving counselors the opportunity to provide empowering individual and group therapy that truly meets clients where they are. You will work collaboratively with clients to build personalized Treatment Plans of Care that honor their strengths, goals, and unique recovery journeys. In this role, you will help clients reconnect with family, natural supports, and community resources that can become lifelong pillars of stability. The Counselor also coordinates tailored services-including mental health care, substance use support, and affordable housing assistance-to ensure each client receives the holistic care they deserve. You'll engage closely with service providers across home and community settings to create a cohesive, supportive network around every client.
