• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial sessions to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during virtual sessions, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the unique preferences and requirements of each client.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously providing support and strategies to promote progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting approaches as necessary to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and session notes in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards, ensuring the continuity of care.

As a therapist at Hope Haven, you will work with a diverse client population that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients often present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be crucial in helping clients face their unique challenges and realize their goals.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish meaningful connections with clients, especially in a remote environment.
• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' diverse emotional experiences and challenges.

• Experience providing telehealth services and engaging effectively with clients via virtual platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital documentation tools and teletherapy software.
• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, with familiarity in addressing a wide array of psychological concerns and treatment methodologies.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
