Service Locations:
โข Hybrid positions supporting home, virtual, daycare, and early learning center services
Schedule:
โข Monday โ Friday - Choose your own hours!
BCBA Responsibilities:
โข Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills
โข Conduct ABA assessments, such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluations
โข Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results
โข Provide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments
โข Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs
โข Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed
โข Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
โข Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership
โข Report client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
โข Masterโs Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
โข Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
โข Willingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA)
โข Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs
โข Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst preferred)
