Job description

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Join Our Team!

Advanced Behavioral Therapy is a team of highly skilled, caring professionals who prioritize the needs of children with autism and their families. We offer a competitive compensation package, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Service Locations:

• Hybrid positions supporting home, virtual, daycare, and early learning center services

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday - Choose your own hours!

BCBA Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills
• Conduct ABA assessments, such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluations
• Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments
• Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs
• Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership
• Report client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
• Willingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA)
• Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs
• Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst preferred)
