Job Summary
 Assurance of Hope Institute, Inc. is a growing private behavioral health agency dedicated to improving quality of life through comprehensive, integrated mental/behavioral health, psychiatric, and outreach services. We proudly serve children, adolescents, and adults across Broward and Miami-Dade counties. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises.

Responsibilities 
  • Provide therapeutic services to adult and youth clients
  • Oversee client care in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities and interventions
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and client confidentiality
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision
  • Deliver culturally responsive services to diverse populations
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education, or related field
  • Licensed in the State of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients ages 4 and above
  • Strong clinical knowledge of:
  • Family systems therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Behavior modification
  • Substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
  • Crisis intervention
  • Cultural sensitivity and DSM criteria
  • Bilingual (English( Required) -Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a plus
