New Patterns ABA is looking for caring, dedicated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while gaining hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments

  • Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior

  • Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies

  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)
