We're looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you'll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
โ€ข Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
โ€ข Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
โ€ข Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
โ€ข Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
โ€ข Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
โ€ข Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
โ€ข Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
โ€ข Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
โ€ข Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
โ€ข Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
โ€ข Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor
