• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student needs, strengths, and challenges, and to develop appropriate treatment goals.
• Deliver individual therapy, family therapy, and, when necessary, group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.
• Design, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans with each client, proactively adjusting interventions to support their growth and progress.
• Facilitate communication between students, families, and school staff to foster a collaborative approach to addressing mental health concerns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring a trustworthy therapeutic alliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health and education.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to navigate challenges both in and out of school.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights on students’ emotional and behavioral needs.

This position focuses primarily on a pediatric and adolescent population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in a school or educational setting, is highly desired.

• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with other professionals.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, you will receive:
