Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations: Metro Atlanta, GA (Roswell, Woodstock & Powder Springs) [Travel Needed]

NOTE: Three clinics in the metro Atlanta area - Woodstock, Powder Springs and Roswell. It would be easiest if the candidates were open to any of these locations - CLIENT.


Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Work Setting: Hybrid / Onsite

Position Summary

The BCBA will provide clinical oversight and behavior analytic services to pediatric clients, develop and supervise individualized treatment programs, conduct assessments, oversee implementation of ABA services, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.

· Provide clinical supervision and oversight of behavior technicians and RBTs.

· Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based program modifications.

· Conduct parent/caregiver training and ongoing support.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and families to achieve treatment goals.

· Ensure compliance with BACB standards, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.

· Participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical consultations.

· Support quality improvement initiatives and best practices in ABA service delivery.

Patient Population

· Ages: Birth through 21 years

· Majority of clients fall within the 3-15-year age range

· Individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental and behavioral challenges

Work Environment

· Outpatient ABA clinic setting

· Hybrid and onsite work opportunities available

· Travel between clinic locations may be required on an as-needed basis

· No mileage reimbursement provided

Schedule

· Flexible scheduling; BCBAs have autonomy in managing their schedules

· Clinic Operating Hours:

o Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

o Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

· Evening or weekend availability may be needed based on client schedules and supervision requirements

· No on-call responsibilities

Productivity Expectations

· Full-time BCBAs are expected to maintain approximately 32 billable hours per week

· Caseload size will vary based on clinician availability and schedule preferences

Required Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field

· Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

· Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in the State of Georgia

· Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions

· Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health settings

· Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
