Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA program in Norcross, Georgia. This unique opportunity is based within an early education setting focused on children ages 3-5, providing meaningful behavioral support in a non-traditional educational environment.

Position Details
  • Location: 4335 Steve Reynolds Blvd, Norcross, GA 30093
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: September 1, 2026
  • Employment Options: Full-Time
  • Pay Rate: Up to $65/hour
About the Role

The BCBA will serve as a leader within the organization's expanding ABA services program, supporting children up to five years of age and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This individual will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, provide consultation and training, and oversee behavioral service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments
  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Design and oversee ABA programming
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavioral support staff
  • Provide consultation, training, and education to team members and caregivers
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards and professional best practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Minimum Requirements
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB

  • Experience working with children ages 3-5 is required
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB screening and health requirements as applicable
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of BCBA experience
  • Experience developing and leading behavioral programs
  • Supervisory experience with RBTs or behavioral support staff
  • Passion for early childhood development and behavioral intervention
