Job description

Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Austell, GA

Setting: Clinic

Population Served: 18 months-12 years (average age is 5 years)

Year Opened: 2020


What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for our staff and clients
  • Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
  • Developing and leading other team members
  • Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
  • May attend trainings or GABA or other conference


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size: 8-10
  • Billable hour expectations: 20-27

  • Bonus structure: $4K-7K annually
