Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Status part time with option to be fulltime
Reports To: Director

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for
clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism and special needs.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based
strategies and techniques.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as
needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to
ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client
treatment.
- Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies
for managing challenging behaviors.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied
behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior
analysis.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a
