As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:ย 

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reportsย 

  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plansย ย 

  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTsย ย 

  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment dataย ย 

  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent supportย ย 

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriateย ย 

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Requirements:ย 

  • Current BCBA certificationย ย 

  • LABA certification where required by stateย ย 

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related fieldย ย 

  • Reliable transportationย ย 

  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaborationย ย 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certificationย ย
