Job description

Center Director BCBA Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Director BCBA to lead our new center in Doraville, GA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, overseeing daily operations, and driving clinical quality and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operations of the center, overseeing scheduling, staffing, utilization, productivity, and client census
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services
  • Oversee assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring, and documentation, ensuring compliance with BACB, Georgia licensing, payer, and company requirements
  • Build relationships with schools, pediatricians, diagnostic providers, and community organizations to grow the center and expand services
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and families, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Carry an initial billable expectation of approximately 20 hours per week, which will decrease as the center grows
Qualifications:
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active Georgia LBA
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • At least three years of pediatric ABA experience
  • At least two years of leadership or center-based management experience
  • Previous experience running or helping operate an ABA clinic is strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, BIPs, supervision, and clinical documentation
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, judgment, and people-management skills
