Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each individualโs goals.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care.
Experience
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
- Experience in data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in diverse settings while maintaining a compassionate approach.
