Job description

Group Leader: Before / After School, Part-time

AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!

Looking for experience that matters?

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Location: various Elementary schools within Weld RE4 School District (Windsor/Severance area)

Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday preferred; shift times vary by location.

  • AM shifts: 6:30 am till 8:15 am (depending on location)
  • PM shifts: 2:00 pm (depending on location) till 6:00 pm

Here's what you'll need:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+). Your experience must be after you were 18 years old or older
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
  • Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
