Job description

We are currently hiring a part time Shopkeeper in Milton, DE.ย ย 
Presents the shop in a friendly, inviting, and organized manner. Provides the Dogfish experience to guests on the go. Helps run the store: maintaining adequate stock levels and managing the payment process.ย 
ย 
What You'll Brew:ย 
  • Ensures superb service to customers through the prompt, friendly, and accurate processing of merchandise sales; verifies that buyers of alcohol to-go are legalย 
  • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise, beer, and spirits to educate and provide the Dogfish experience to customersย 
  • Properly manages the charging and payment process to ensure accurate charging/billing of customersย 
  • Answers phones and maintains the store in a neat, well-stocked, and ready for sale conditionย 
  • Opens and closes the store and performs all related dutiesย 
  • Assists Lead Shopkeeper on execution of promotions, merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives

  • High School Diploma or GEDย 
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a retail environmentย 
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidaysย

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $16.50 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.ย
