Overview

We're looking for a motivated technician with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Job Responsibilities
  • Routine HVAC Maintenance - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings

  • System Inspections - Examine HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, identify potential issues, and maintain compliance with performance standards

  • Filter Replacement & Cleaning - Replace filters, clean evaporator and condenser coils, check ductwork, and maintain internal system components

  • Performance Testing - Measure temperatures, pressures, and airflow to assess system efficiency and function

  • Customer Communication - Clearly explain system conditions and any recommended services to homeowners during and after visits

  • Service Documentation - Accurately document all maintenance tasks and findings using Service Titan or similar software

  • Code Compliance - Ensure that all maintenance work meets local and national building and safety codes

  • Collaboration - Communicate and coordinate with service and install teams to streamline service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Efficiency Advice - Provide customers with tips and suggestions for maintaining optimal system efficiency and extending equipment life

  • Safety Practices - Always follow safety procedures and protocols to protect both team members and customers

Qualifications
  • Experience - Minimum of 1 year of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience

  • Education/Certifications - HVAC-related certification or technical school training preferred

  • System Knowledge - Understanding of HVAC system components, troubleshooting basics, and preventative care

  • Software Experience - Familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management platforms is a plus

  • Customer-Focused - Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional demeanor

  • Detail-Oriented - Ability to identify potential issues early and ensure systems are running at peak performance

  • Team Player - Willingness to work closely with others and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Driver's License - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
