JOB DESCRIPTION

Quality Inspection & Garment Prep

Full-Time · Day Shift · Weekly Pay

As a 5B’s Inspection Specialist, you’ll be part of the final step in our decoration process, ensuring that every garment leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. From removing threads to folding and packing, you’ll help deliver a flawless final product to our customers.


Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the finishing process for custom-decorated garments, with tasks like:

  • Trimming loose threads and inspecting for embroidery defects
  • Removing paper backing from embroidered designs
  • Spot-cleaning garments as needed
  • Applying stickers (size, branding, or special instructions)
  • Folding, bagging, and bundling garments with care
  • Accurately counting and recording garments for packing


What It Takes to Succeed:

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in getting the details right. We’ll teach you the rest!

  • Comfortable standing for the full shift (bending, reaching, light lifting)
  • Fine motor skills for trimming and handling garments
  • Ability to read simple work orders and follow verbal instructions
  • Basic math (add/subtract whole numbers—calculators welcome!)
  • A steady pace and positive attitude in a production setting


Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time, day shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
  • Some flexibility needed for peak production times.
  • Overtime can include start times as early as 6am, and occasional Saturdays.
  • $13.00/hour | Paid weekly
