P2 or P1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER PLUMBING LICENSE
Average earnings of $35 - $60/hr
Alternative schedules available:
  • Four 10 hour shifts a week
  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Wednesday - Sunday
  • 12pm - 8pm, 2pm - 10pm
  • Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plumbing Installations & Repairs - Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
  • System Inspections & Testing - Inspect plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - Respond to call-outs, diagnose plumbing issues, and implement effective solutions to restore system functionality
  • Customer Interaction and Communication - Effectively communicate with customers to explain plumbing issues, solutions, and recommended services, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cost Estimation & Solutions - Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing work and advise customers on potential improvements or necessary repairs
  • Preventative Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water heaters, pipes, and fixtures to ensure optimal system performance
  • Service Titan - Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Compliance & Safety - Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Customer Service Excellence - Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Experience - 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
  • Certification - Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school preferred
  • Technical Expertise in Plumbing Systems - Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
  • Service Software - Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Communication Skills - Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
  • Customer-Focused Attitude - A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience.
  • Driver's License - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
