Job Posting: Porter

 

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at The Artesian at Bee Cave.

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities 

  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
  • Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
  • Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications  

  • One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
  • Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

  • Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
