Designer - Baby Products (Home Fashions/Bedding)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $80-$95K+ DOE

About the Role
If you love designing for the baby category and want to see your work come to life in homes across the country, this role puts you right at the center of creation. You'll brainstorm, sketch, build, and refine products that parents actually reach for, partnering closely with a tight-knit creative team that values originality, speed, and clean execution.

What You'll Do
Design baby bedding, blankets, and soft-goods collections using Adobe Illustrator
Turn trend insights into patterns, palettes, and products that feel fresh and commercial
Build polished, customer-ready presentations
Work directly with factories on samples, revisions, materials, and timelines
Support seasonal product development from concept through final production
Attend NYC Textile Market Week twice a year to showcase upcoming collections
Collaborate with design, product development, and leadership to align on creative direction



What You Bring
Strong foundation in textile design and physical product design
Experience (or strong interest) in the baby category
Advanced Illustrator skills
Ability to juggle multiple collections and deadlines without dropping the details
Clear communication and a point of view-both in design and in team discussions
Confidence presenting work and collaborating cross-functionally
