  • Proficiency in IEC 61131-3 programming, particularly Structured Text (ST); Ladder Diagram experience also valuable.
  • Experience integrating and commissioning servo drives, servo motors, and VFDs in an industrial automation environment.
  • Working knowledge of Beckhoff hardware - Industrial PCs, EtherCAT I/O modules, HMI platforms, and TwinSAFE.
  • Experience with HMI development within the Beckhoff/TwinCAT environment.
  • Ability to commission and debug control systems both in-house and at customer sites.

  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or custom HMI/web-based interface development.
  • Knowledge of industrial operating systems - Win10 IoT, WEC7, Linux, Ubuntu in embedded/IPC contexts.
  • Experience with vision systems such as Cognex.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and risk assessment - UL508A, CE, NFPA79, NFPA70E, SISTEMA.
