Position Summary:

As a Salon Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering top‑tier guest service, and setting the tone for a positive, high‑performing workplace. You’ll lead by example, exceed sales expectations, manage scheduling, oversee inventory, provide expert product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve both individual and store‑wide goals.

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background

Ability to work effectively in a team‑driven, fast‑paced environment

2–3 years of successful sales experience

2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management

Strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales and operational goals

Passion for maintaining a polished, welcoming store appearance

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on‑call support required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
