Service BDR is directly responsible for monitoring and following up with scheduled service appointments.  Determining each customer’s needs by actively listening, learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts when applicable.  In addition to scheduling and confirming service appointments, Service BDR's  assist callers who have questions regarding the services or products offered by our service teams by the use of their knowledge to answer questions.
