Workingclosely with Business Development Managers, the BDR ensures each lead is followedup promptly, tracked effectively in the CRM, and scheduled for demonstrationsas needed. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipelineand fueling GovEase’s continued growth in the government technology market.

  • Research and identify potential clients ingovernment sectors through targeted outreach and phone prospecting.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls andemail campaigns to generate new leads and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Present GovEase’s value proposition to sparkinterest, qualify prospects, and ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed records of prospectinteractions within the CRM and provide timely updates on pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Managersto refine lead qualification processes and set up impactful demos.
  • Assist with conference preparation, includingadministrative tasks such as registration, logistics coordination, and ensuringconference materials are organized.
  • Conduct state-specific research as needed totailor outreach, proposals, and demos to local requirements and regulatoryenvironments.

Requirements
