BDC Service Representative

Southern Motors is looking for a friendly and driven BDC Service Representative to join our growing service department. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our dealership — helping customers schedule service appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers the high level of care we’re known for.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy — by phone, text, email, or in person
  • Schedule and confirm daily service appointments
  • Handle inbound service calls, leads, and recall manifests
  • Follow up on missed or inactive appointments to re-engage customers
  • Log and address customer satisfaction (CSI) calls and concerns
  • Research and resolve scheduling or communication errors
  • Stay connected across multiple platforms including DriveCentric, X-Time, Podium, and email
  • Maintain daily goals for calls, tasks, and follow-ups
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or automotive BDC preferred
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software tools
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
