What is a BDC Auto Sales job?

BDC (Business Development Center) Auto Sales jobs involve handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for car dealerships. Professionals in these roles are responsible for setting appointments, following up with potential and existing customers, and supporting the sales team by generating leads. BDC representatives play a key role in customer service and are often the first point of contact between the dealership and customers. Their main goal is to increase showroom traffic and sales by maintaining effective communication and providing excellent customer support.
