The Service BDC Agent is an energetic professional who successfully delivers on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. The Service BDC Agent handles all incoming phone and internet leads, contacting service clients, and through superb product knowledge and customer handling skills, schedules daily appointments while also offering our services and benefits.
Employees in this position will paid a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00 per hour. However, additionally they will be paid commissions and/or bonuses, which vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $50,000 to $55,000.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
