To thrive as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), you need a deep understanding of pharmacotherapy, clinical guidelines, and patient care, supported by a pharmacy degree and BCPS certification. Familiarity with drug information databases, electronic health records, and medication management systems is typically required.
