Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist

Elkridge, MD, United States

Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist needs (3) years of experience in supporting formulary, PA, benefits design, and clinical information

Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist requires:

Hybrid 3 days in 2 off

Three (3) years of experience in supporting formulary, PA, benefits design, and clinical information.

Pharm.D with current active Pharmacist license in Maryland (or shall be acquired within 6 months of Contract effective date).

Previous experience in PRO and RETRO-DUR.

Knowledge of clinical pharmacy and drug products information to support plan benefit design.

Specialized training in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) medications.

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Previous experience in supporting Call Center PA Functionality and development.

Substance Use Disorder Clinical Pharmacist duties:

  • Oversee clinical services related to SUD medications and to consult and make recommendations to Prescribers when necessary.
  • Must be 100% dedicated to the Contract.
  • Must be located at Contractors Local Facility.
