Job description

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Director of Quality and Compliance(Home Health) to lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education programs for a home health agency. The role ensures adherence to healthcare regulations, promotes exceptional patient care standards, and supports organizational excellence through continuous improvement.

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM (Full-time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the agency's regulatory and quality leader, ensuring compliance with home health regulations.

Direct quality assurance and performance improvement programs including utilization review, infection control, patient satisfaction, and outcome measurement.

Oversee onboarding and continuing education programs to maintain staff competence and regulatory compliance.

Use data analytics to evaluate clinical performance and implement evidence-based improvements that exceed national benchmarks.

Support value-based purchasing initiatives through data-driven program development.

Participate in an administrative on-call rotation every 6โ€“8 weeks and provide coverage for 1โ€“2 holidays per year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required.

OASIS certification required or obtainable within 12 months.

HCS-D or BCHH-C coding certification required or obtainable within 12 months.

Minimum 5 years of recent home health experience.

At least 3 years in a leadership or quality management role within home health care.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage staff education and performance improvement programs.
