Department: Intensive Care Unit

Location: Chelsea, MI

Pay: $35.64-$49.53 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience + applicable shift premiums (when working afternoons, overnights and weekends)

Position Purpose:

Exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse to support our vision and serve with us as a compassionate and transforming healing presence in our community. We seek extraordinary individuals from a variety of backgrounds, because diversity makes us stronger.

The Intensive Care Unit at Chelsea is a six bed adult unit caring for patients that are critically ill medical-surgical patients requiring cardiac monitoring, invasive/non-invasive ventilation, and drips.

The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.

Shift Available : 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am

Status Available : flex/contingent - not benefit eligible

Holiday requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Requires current Michigan Nursing License
  • Graduation from accredited nursing program
  • At least one year of experience working in ICU setting
  • New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
  • Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
