Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Since 2001, we've been delivering exceptional outcomes, outstanding patient satisfaction, and a work culture that supports and values every team member.

Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical and occupational therapy, make therapy enjoyable for patients, and deliver measurable improvements in health and quality of life. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
  • Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
  • Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
  • Participate in clinic research studies.
  • Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
Qualifications
  • Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
