Civitas was one of the first providers in the State of Virginia to provide ABA services through the state Medicaid Behavioral Therapy program. We specialize in treating children in a home-based setting through a multidisciplinary/care coordination, best practice approach. In addition to Medicaid, we participate with all commercial insurance companies and Tricare. Our model is perfect for the type of leader who embodies community-based practice models and collaborative approaches.

Position Title: Clinical Supervisor
BCBA Salary Range:$82,450 - $102,820 commensurate with experience
Bonus Incentive Program:
  • You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.

Qualifications (Minimum): BCBA /LBA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Job Duties:
  • Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
  • Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
  • Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Data analysis
  • Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
  • Conduct clinical supervision
  • Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
  • Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
