Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting

?? Seattle, WA | ?? 2026–2027 School Year | ?? Full-Time Contract

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a high-performing school district. This is a great opportunity to work within a collaborative educational environment while making a meaningful impact on student success.

Position Overview

As a BCBA in a school setting, you will provide consultation, training, and behavioral support for students with academic and behavioral challenges. You’ll collaborate with school staff and oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Supervise behavioral service delivery within the school setting
  • Support a caseload of students (approximately 5–7 hours per student per week)
Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB)
  • Washington State BCBA license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous school-based or related pediatric experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
  • Willingness to obtain CPI certification within 30 days of assignment
  • Compliance with all state, federal, and professional standards
  • Current CPR certification (if applicable)
  • Must meet all health and onboarding requirements
